This tab will demonstrate to the Canadian people how the Lawyers of Alberta are protected by there own Insurer Alberta Lawyers Insurance Association “ALIA”  by being self insured and immune to criminal fraud charges.

1. “ALIA”- does not payout claims it just stock piles the money paid into the Insurance program.
2. “ALIA”- does not initiate criminal charges for Fraud against it’s insured Lawyers it calls their action negligence.
3. “ALIA”- defends the Lawyers and has the ability to act in collusion with the Alberta Law Courts to orchestrates the dismissal of actions against Lawyers and garnishees the plaintiffs salary for court costs.
4. This tab will demonstrate to the Canadian People that “ALIA” is part of the protection program for Lawyers and Judges to conspire to commit  fraud without criminal consequences.
